College Scholarship
Every year, DigiPlus Foundation awards 300 deserving Filipino students with access to quality education in technology-related degree programs. FutureSmart Scholars receive Php 100,000 worth of educational support per school year, released on a monthly basis throughout the scholarship period.
Eligibility
1. Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
2. Currently a 4th Year student at a State University or College (SUC) enrolled in any of the following programs:
     - Information Technology
     - Computer Science
     - Computer Engineering
     - Data Science
     - Data Analytics
     - Artificial Intelligence
     - Game Development
     - Software Development
     - Other IT-related Program
     - Have a General Weighted Average
3. Have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% (from previous year).
4. Belongs to a family with monthly gross income of not higher than Php 30,000.
5. Exhibits good moral character and leadership potential.

Frequently Asked Questions on College Scholarships

To qualify, applicants must be:
  • Currently enrolled as a 4th year college student
  • Enrolled in a public college or university
  • Taking up an IT-related program
We are unable to accommodate 1st–3rd year students, students in private institutions, or non-IT programs at this time, but we encourage you to watch for future program updates as eligibility may expand

Applicants must submit the following documents:
  • Latest income tax return or payslip of employed household members OR certificate of indigency (whichever is applicable)
  • Enrolment Form or School Registration Form
  • Proof of latest grades (Last 2 semesters)

Once you submit your application, the DigiPlus Foundation team will reach out to you via email/SMS/call to validate your application details and inform you of the next steps. Results of the scholarship application will also be released on DigiPlus Foundation’s social media platforms.

Scholars receive Php 100,000 in educational support, released on a monthly basis throughout the scholarship period. Beyond financial assistance, scholars also gain access to programs designed to build soft skills, leadership competencies, and workplace readiness.

While the scholarship program does not guarantee employment upon graduation, scholars are highly encouraged to apply for job opportunities within DigiPlus Interactive Corp. and its affiliated companies. Interested graduates will undergo the standard recruitment process, including application screening and interviews. Employment decisions will be based on the applicant's qualifications, skills, experience, and interview performance, consistent with the company's hiring policies and requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions on IT Credential Scholarship

AWS re/Start is a free, full-time skills development program designed to prepare unemployed and underemployed individuals for entry-level roles in cloud computing. It is led by expert instructors and combines technical AWS cloud fundamentals with career readiness and soft skills training. Participants engage in hands-on labs, interactive learning, and projects that simulate real-world tech work environments. The program is globally recognized and supported by AWS, in partnership with Edukasyon.ph as the implementing agency.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
  1. Must be Filipino, aged 18 years or older
  2. Currently unemployed or underemployed
  3. Possess basic computer literacy and interest in pursuing a tech career
  4. Able to commit full-time to the 12-week training schedule
  5. Willing to participate in post-program placement support activities

Learners will receive a comprehensive curriculum that includes:
  1. Cloud Computing Fundamentals (focused on Amazon Web Services)
  2. Linux and Python basics
  3.  Networking, Security, and Databases
  4. Hands-on AWS labs and gamified challenges
  5. Soft Skills & Career Readiness Training (resume building, teamwork, communication)
  6. Preparation for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02) exam
The program is designed not just to teach technical skills, but to equip learners with the tools they need to confidently enter the tech workforce

Yes. This is a full-time program, running 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday, for nearly 3 months. Daily attendance and active participation are required to successfully complete the program. Learners should treat this as a full-time training or bootcamp to gain the most from the experience.

While job placement is not guaranteed, AWS re/Start includes strong career support. This includes:

Many graduates go on to pursue careers as Cloud Support Associates, IT Helpdesk Technicians, Junior DevOps Engineers, and more.
